Pet Policy
We LOVE Pets!
We allow two pets per apartment. Pet applications are available at the office.
Pet Fee: $350 for one pet; $500 for two pets. Pet fees are non-refundable.
Pet Bond: $87.50. Pet Bond is non-refundable and only due once per apartment, regardless of the number of pets.
Pet Rent: $20/month per pet
*The following breeds are prohibited whether pure or mix breed: Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier), Chow Chow, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Rottweiler.
